MTV EMA . Who's Wearing What...

On the 6th November, Music artists gathered together for the MTV Europe Music Awards. A host of stars and nominees attended the MTV EMA Awards. Among those were Beyonce, Katy Perry, Adele, who were all up for Best Female prize. Meanwhile, David Guetta, Bruno Mars, and Kanye West, Justin Bieber and Eminem were up for the Best Male prize. Red Hot Chili Peppers, ColdplayKings of Leon, and Linkin Park were nominated for Best Rock prize. Selena Gomez hosted the big bash while Jessie J introduced a video tribute for Amy Winehouse made by her fans. Jessie J was also up for the Best New prize as well as LMFAO, Far East Movement and Wiz Khalifa. Amongst all the hype and award giving, the next topic of conversation was what the celebs wore.

Selena Gomez was spotted wearing a stunning cream lace mini dress Marchesa mini dress from the Autumn/Winter 2011 collection which is an accumulation of tulle and lace constructed into beautiful tailored garments.

Meanwhile, Jessie J rocked a slinky, leopard print floor length gown by Dolce&Gabbana. This strapless number was sure to turn heads.

Rhianna was also wearing  a Marchesa creation. Her entrance outfit was a glamorous full length, one shouldered, ruffled chiffon gown. The nude colour looks stunning with her skin tone.

Katy Perry was a vision of pink wearing a Jeremy Scott Spring 2011 body-con motif dress which highlighted her curves. Over layered with a milkshake pink leather studded jacket for a touch of rock and roll. Accessories made this outfit, with over sized white button earrings and baby pink platforms. Even her hair matched this outfit! Miss Perry definitely knows how to put a twist on the typical 50's style.

The artist to make the biggest splash this year at the awards night was definitely  Lady Gaga. She arrived in silver disc outfit which had been cleverly constructed.

The masterpiece was made entirely out of paper and created by Paco Rabanne from the Spring Ready to wear 2012 collection. This collection was a mix of futuristic fabrics coloured petrol blue and silver with a hint of burnt red. Sexy structured dressed with strong tailored shoulders which follow into disc shaped hats in a shiny perspex type material. The finale of the show seen an accumulation of fantastic manipulation in the form of pleats and folds into paper which are massively over sized. Some of the pieces give a dose of mystery as they cover part of the models' faces.
